TaskerBoard

Project year 2026

Real-time task boards for teams that need clearer ownership, priorities and delivery rhythm.

60 second pitch

What TaskerBoard does.

TaskerBoard is a collaborative task management platform for teams. It gives people shared boards, stages, task cards, assignees, priorities, due dates, comments, checklists, files and live updates so work can move without being buried in chat.

The product goes beyond a simple Kanban board. Teams can plan in board, table and timeline views, manage member roles, filter work, recover deleted tasks, export data and keep personal task trays focused on what needs action next.

Product shape

A task board only works when it reflects how teams actually deliver.

TaskerBoard was shaped around the day-to-day reality of team delivery: tasks need owners, deadlines, priorities, supporting files, discussion, status changes and a visible route from idea to done. The platform gives that work a shared place to live.

The main board view shows how teams can manage work through custom stages, task cards, assignees, search, sharing and alternate board, table and timeline views.

The help centre supports the SaaS product experience with searchable guidance, task board help, API and integrations content, billing support and a route to contact a real person.

The login flow sets the tone for the product: simple task management, team collaboration and a clean entry point for returning users.

01

The problem

Teams needed one place to turn scattered work into clear ownership, priorities and progress.

Task work often gets spread across chat, spreadsheets, notes, calls and individual memory. That makes it hard for a team to know what matters, who owns it, where it sits and what is blocking progress.

TaskerBoard was designed for teams that need a clearer delivery rhythm. The goal was to give people a shared workspace where projects, stages, task cards, deadlines, comments and files all sit together.

02

Why it was built

TaskerBoard gives teams real-time boards that match the way work actually moves.

The product is built around task boards, custom stages and task cards. A team can create a board, invite members, define stages, assign work, add due dates, set priorities and move tasks as progress happens.

It is not just a static Kanban board. Teams can switch between board, table and timeline views, filter by member, tag or priority, recover deleted tasks, export board data and keep their personal task tray focused on what needs attention next.

03

How it works

Every task carries the context needed to move work forward.

A task can hold a title, description, assignee, start date, due date, priority, tags, comments, checklist items, file attachments and activity history. That means the work is not just visible, it is explainable.

The board updates in real time, so people can see tasks being created, moved and edited without refreshing. Permissions also matter: owners, managers, contributors and view-only members can have different levels of control over the same board.

04

Why it matters

The result is a calmer operating system for team delivery.

TaskerBoard helps teams reduce status chasing because the board shows the current state of the work. People can see overdue tasks, upcoming priorities, completed work, comments, files and ownership in one place.

The wider product shape also supports a real SaaS model: team workspaces, billing plans, plan limits, support tickets, help centre content and AI-ready task operations through MCP tools.
